Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we always recommend guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Terms

• More than 5 days before your scheduled arrival date: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any payments made.
• 5 days or less before your scheduled arrival date (within 120 hours of check-in): Unfortunately, no refund will be given. This includes cancellations made within the five days leading up to your arrival, failure to arrive (no-shows), or early departures.

As a small, family-run glamping business with just two luxury pods, late cancellations are extremely difficult to rebook and can have a significant impact on our business. We therefore appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Bookings may be transferred to another guest with our prior written agreement, provided we receive the new guest’s details before arrival.

In the unlikely event that Haddon Farm Hideaway has to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive either:

• A full refund of all monies paid; or
• The option to transfer your booking to an alternative available date.
